Boundary and sources
This band audit sheet works only on the review ratings, band ranges and pay figures you paste you paste. It does not tell you what you should be paid, does not compare you with colleagues, and does not access your employer's reward data. The figures describe what you supplied, not what is true in the world. Confirm anything you plan to act on with your manager and, if needed, a reward or HR partner before you rely on it.
- Every figure comes from the review ratings, band ranges and pay figures you paste you paste; nothing is looked up, scraped or asserted as verified.
- Method: compa-ratio = pay ÷ band midpoint, plotted per review year with the band floor and ceiling drawn as rules
- Sample values are labelled samples — illustrative by design, not your data and not a quotation of any organisation's policy.
