1 · The journal
intakeLights-out is when you got into bed with the lights off, not when you think you fell asleep — you cannot know that from a diary. Anything past midnight rolls to the next day automatically.
On a rotating rota, irregularity is a feature of the job rather than a finding — the reader says so instead of scoring it against a day-shift norm.
Your sleep journal is read in this browser tab and never uploaded — no account, no server copy, nothing stored. If you're journaling as part of treatment, the file stays where you wrote it. Nothing is saved anywhere else; the work stays in your browser.
This reads a diary. It cannot see sleep stages, cannot detect apnoea, and cannot tell how long you actually slept — only how long you were in bed with the lights off. It is not a substitute for a sleep study, a clinician, or a prescribed treatment plan. If you fall asleep driving, gasp awake, or have been struggling for weeks, that needs a person.

Seven nights, drawn

The seven nights on the left are charted the moment this page opens, by the same arithmetic that will run on yours. If you can read this line, JavaScript is off.
Trend roll — $5 one-time
Free tier: unlimited journals, charted locally, forever.
- Rolling 90-night chart on one sheet, with week-over-week medians — estimate: ~30 min saved versus stitching seven-day views together to see a trend.
- Note-to-outcome table across the whole period, so "wine" is counted over 90 nights instead of guessed from one — estimate: ~20 min saved of re-reading your own journal.
- Clinic handout: the chart, the medians, and your notes on one page to bring to an appointment — estimate: ~25 min saved of explaining from memory.
Your one-time purchase stays with you on this device — no account needed, and everything remains private in your browser.
