Hang Every Appliance on a 12-Month Service Rail — Free
List each appliance with its last service and next due date; the rail hangs them in order and measures the interval, so the tag that is quietly overdue is the first one you see.
What this replaces
A maintenance checklist prints months and expects you to fill them. This reads the dates you already have, measures the gap between each service and the next, and orders the rail, so an appliance that has drifted overdue is visible rather than buried.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
One appliance per line with a last-service date and a next-due date.
Let the rail order them
Each tag carries its interval and its position along the rail.
Start at the nearest date
The first tag is the job to book first.
Check the manual for the real interval
Manufacturer intervals govern; this only shows what you entered.

The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.
running the sample…
first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts
Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally.
What breaks, and what to do
Only one date per appliance
The interval needs two; add the next due date.
Dates without years
A yearless date is read in the current year; write it out in full.
Warranty conditions
Nothing here reads your warranty terms; check them before skipping a service.
