Rank Your Appointment Questions by the Ones That Change Anything — Free

Write every question you have and score each on what would change if it were answered; the card ranks them so the two that matter go first in a ten-minute slot.

What this replaces

Question lists for appointments grow to fifteen items and get asked in whatever order they are written. This ranks them by what would actually change, so the two that matter are asked in the first two minutes rather than as you are being shown out.

Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.

The four passes

01

Collect the smallest useful input

One question per line with an impact score, how time-critical it is, and an effort score.

02

Let the card rank them

Each gets a weighted score with the three numbers behind it.

03

Ask the top two first

Ten minutes goes faster than you expect.

04

Take the list with you

A ranked list also tells the clinician what you are worried about.

Try it on the clinic card / appointment 3

The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.

first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts

Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally. Because this topic can involve personal detail, delete names and identifiers you do not need before you paste.

What breaks, and what to do

Impact scores guessed high

Score what would change in your management, not curiosity.

Questions needing examination

Clinicians may need to examine before answering; ask anyway.

More questions than time

The ranking is the point; the rest go to the next appointment.

Boundary — what this does not do

This page organizes what you type into dated rows. It does not diagnose, does not recommend or calculate any dose, and does not replace a clinician, pharmacist, or the label on the medicine.

Confirm every concentration, interval, and reading against the product label and your own clinician or pharmacist before you act on any number here.

Go deeper — Clinic Card

The free board above is the whole loop. The paid tier keeps the arranged output so you do not rebuild it.

  • Printable card to hand over with the top two questions at the top — estimate: 12 minutes saved per appointment, basis: 5 questions re-ranked at ~2.4 minutes each
  • Saved local history across appointments — estimate: 9 minutes saved per appointment, basis: re-entering 5 questions at ~108 seconds each
