Build a Babysitter Handoff Sheet in One Pass
The frantic text to the sitter is just the sheet you didn't write. This assembles the handoff in one pass — routine, meals, emergency info — into a fridge-ready page, and tells you which block is still empty. Local only; nothing about your household leaves the tab.

The workflow
Fill the routine block with times, not vibes
'Bed at 7:45, one story, no screens after 7' is a routine; 'around bedtime' is a vibe. The sheet works when the sitter can follow it without a phone call.
Put the allergies and the rules in the meals block
What they can eat, what they absolutely can't, and the one snack that always works. The meals block is where the sitter's questions actually are.
Fill the emergency block completely
Your number, the neighbour's number, the doctor's, and the address written out. The one time it matters, nobody will be able to find the number in a text thread.
Print it before you leave, not after
A sheet in your head is still a text at 8:47pm. The builder's gaps reminder tells you which block is empty — fill it, post it, leave.
Worked example
Sample: an evening handoff for a toddler Routine 4 lines (dinner, bath, stories, bed) Meals 2 lines (safe snacks, one allergy) Emergency 3 lines (parents, neighbour, doctor) Gaps none — all blocks filled Uploaded nothing — assembled in the tab
Numbers above are sample data produced by the tool's own pre-loaded example, run in the browser — not averages or measured benchmarks.
What breaks this
Leaving the emergency block for 'later' is the gap that matters most — fill it first. Writing 'you know the routine' means the sitter doesn't, and you'll get the text. A sheet with the bedtime but no allergy is the specific failure this builder flags — the gaps reminder is there for a reason.
Try it now
An evening handoff for a toddler is loaded. Replace it with your own routine and watch the sheet re-assemble.
