Count Your Credits Against a Renewal Deadline — Free
List what you have done and what the renewal needs; the ledger totals them so the shortfall is a number you can plan around instead of a panic in December.
What this replaces
Renewal trackers record hours and leave you to do the arithmetic at the deadline. This adds your entries against the requirement you state, so a shortfall of seven credits is visible in September rather than in the last week of December.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
The credit requirement on the first line, then one activity per line with credits.
Let the ledger total them
Each entry is counted and the final row is the total against the requirement.
Book the shortfall now
Late-in-the-cycle courses are the expensive ones.
Check the category split
Many bodies require credits in specific categories; this counts totals only.

The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.

first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts
Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally. Because this topic can involve personal detail, delete names and identifiers you do not need before you paste.
What breaks, and what to do
Requirement omitted
Nothing to compare against; state it on the first line.
Activities with no credit count
Read as zero, which flatters the total.
Category requirements
The ledger counts totals; check your body's category rules separately.
Boundary — what this does not do
This page arranges what you enter into talking points and a record. It does not give legal advice, does not negotiate for you, and guarantees no outcome or offer.
Confirm contract terms, pay data, and anything binding with HR in writing or a qualified adviser before you rely on it.
