Split a Parent's Appointments by the Hours Each Sibling Has — Free
Name how many appointments are coming and what each person can realistically carry; the rota divides them, so the split is agreed in advance rather than negotiated every time a letter arrives.
What this replaces
Care rotas get negotiated one appointment at a time and the same person ends up carrying them. This divides the whole set by the weight each person can carry, so the arrangement is agreed once, in advance, with the shares visible.
