Make a Field-by-Field Companion for a Form You Have to Fill — Free

What this replaces
People abandon forms on the field whose answer they cannot find. This checks each field for the request, the document that holds the answer, and the required format, so the stall is predicted before you are halfway through an online session that will time out.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
