Write your revision questions one per line and the rail places each on the rung its phrasing demands, so a list that never leaves recall is visible as one.
What this replaces
Study-question generators produce questions at whatever level they feel like. This reads the opening verb of each question you wrote and places it on a rung, so a revision list stuck in recall is obvious before an exam exposes it.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
One question per line, phrased exactly as you would ask it.
Let the rail place each one
Every question gets a rung and the verb that earned it.
Look at the distribution
A list with nothing above rung 2 will not survive an application question.
Rewrite the low ones upward
Swap 'what is' for 'apply' or 'why does' and rerun.

No rung can be assigned; rephrase with an explicit instruction.
Two questions on one line
Only the first is placed; split them.
Rung words appearing in the subject matter
A question about 'evaluation metrics' may read as rung 5; check the opening verb.
