access plan / meeting 5 · free workflow
Write an Access Plan for a Meeting Before You Are in It — Free
List what you need for a meeting with the arrangement, the owner, and the confirm-by date; the plan marks whatever is still unagreed, so you chase it before the meeting rather than in it.
What this replaces
Access requests are usually sent once and hoped for. This checks each need for an agreed arrangement, a named owner, and a date you will know by, so the gap is chased in advance rather than discovered on the day.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
One need per line, with the arrangement, the person who owns it, and a date.
Let the plan check all four
Missing lines go to the top of the urgency lane.
Chase anything marked NOT AGREED
Send the request in writing so there is a record of it.
Recheck after the confirm date
A plan whose dates pass without confirmation needs chasing again.
Try it on the access plan / meeting 5
The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.

first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts
Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally.
What breaks, and what to do
Needs described in one paragraph
Split them onto lines; the check is line by line.
Verbal agreements only
NOTHING is matched without wording; ask for it in writing.
Third-party venues
The plan cannot know the venue's actual provision; confirm directly.
