How to work the accrual abacus
Use the written policy or payroll explanation for your employment status. This model assumes a constant rate per eligible pay period and excludes caps, carryover, probation and tier changes.
Use non-overlapping date groups. If two payslips cover a month, enter two only when both earn leave under the actual policy.
