What this replaces
separates notice facts, evidence to locate, procedural questions, and a draft request — no invented legal conclusion. The result is a small object you can inspect: it carries a count, a context row, and a next action instead of asking you to trust a paragraph.
Tool note. This workflow uses Microsoft Copilot (free). Microsoft’s official free-Copilot support page was checked on September 12, 2026. Runners-up were a generic letter writer (no deadline or exhibit plan) and a legal-information search (too broad for a single notice). Redact names, account numbers, and other identifying details before sending anything to an external AI tool.

Ask Copilot for citation_facts, deadlines, amounts, evidence_slots, questions_for_authority, and options. Tell it not to decide who is right or cite a rule it cannot source.
3. Check the official process
Use the issuing authority’s current instructions and calendar the deadline. The docket organizes your material; it does not replace the official appeal form.
