Put a Child's Dose Times on One Chart Before You Need Them — Free
Paste the doses you have already given and the chart measures the gap between each one, so the interval you are working to is visible instead of remembered at 3am.
What this replaces
A dosing article prints a weight-band table and leaves you to keep the timing in your head. This takes the times you actually gave and measures the gaps between them, so the interval you have been working to is on the chart rather than reconstructed from memory while a child is awake and unhappy.
Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.
The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
One line per dose, each with a date, a time, and what was given.
Let the chart measure the gaps
Every row shows the hours since the dose before it.
Check the shortest gap first
That row is the one to read against the label before the next dose is due.
Confirm every figure against the label
Concentration and interval come from the product, not from this page.
Try it on the dosing chart / weight band
The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.
running the sample…
first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts
Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally. Because this topic can involve personal detail, delete names and identifiers you do not need before you paste.
What breaks, and what to do
Times without a date
Only the first date is used; add a date to each line or the gap is wrong.
Two products alternating
The chart measures gaps, not which product; note the product on each line.
Readings in a different unit
Fahrenheit and Celsius are both kept as written; nothing is converted for you.
Boundary — what this does not do
This page organizes what you type into dated rows. It does not diagnose, does not recommend or calculate any dose, and does not replace a clinician, pharmacist, or the label on the medicine.
Confirm every concentration, interval, and reading against the product label and your own clinician or pharmacist before you act on any number here.

The free board above is the whole loop. The paid tier keeps the arranged output so you do not rebuild it.
- Printable nightstand chart with the intervals boxed for a second caregiver — estimate: 5 minutes saved per handover, basis: 4 doses rewritten at ~75 seconds each
- Saved local history across nights so a clinician can see the pattern — estimate: 10 minutes saved per appointment, basis: reconstructing 12 doses at ~50 seconds each
