The renewal calendar depends entirely on when the cycle last rolled. If you're not sure, find the most recent charge on your statement — it's the only reliable anchor.
Look at the annual column, not the monthly one
A 9.99 monthly service is 119.88 a year, which reads very differently. Annualising is what turns a list of small charges into a number you can decide about.
Cancel before the renewal, not after
Most services require notice before the renewal date and refund nothing afterwards. The diary dates each one precisely so the cancellation lands in the window that actually works.
Check the ones you cannot remember signing up for

What breaks this
Entering the sign-up date instead of the last renewal puts every renewal in the wrong place. Judging by the monthly figure alone hides what an annual service really costs. Cancelling after the renewal date — most services refund nothing, so the timing is the whole point.
