What this replaces
An FAQ is usually written from what the team assumes people ask. This counts what they actually asked, so the gap between the two is a number on the board rather than an argument in a meeting.

The four passes
Collect the smallest useful input
One ticket per line, from the queue you want to read.
Let the board cluster them
Each theme gets a count and a sample line.
Look at the busiest cluster first
That is the answer to write before any other.
Assign an owner per theme
A count without an owner is a fact, not a fix.

What breaks, and what to do
Tickets spanning two themes
A line can raise the count in both; that is intentional.
Theme names that do not match your product
Rename the themes in a copy or the counts will not help.
Very short subjects
One-word subjects may land in Unsorted; paste the body instead.
