Space an Elimination Trial So the Result Means Something — Free

Lay out the phases with their dates and the plan spaces them, so a trial too short to mean anything is visible before you start rather than after four weeks of notes.

What this replaces

Elimination diets fail because the phases are too short or the reintroduction is not dated. This spaces the phases from the dates you set, so a seven-day baseline that should be fourteen is visible while you can still change it.

Tool note. This runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload, no paid API key. Google NotebookLM is named as the free source-grounded reading path for the material you paste; its published free-tier terms were checked on 2026-09-13 and can change.

The four passes

01

Collect the smallest useful input

One phase per line with a date and what changes on that date.

02

Let the plan space them

Each phase is placed with the days between it and the previous one.

03

Lengthen any phase under a fortnight

A short phase cannot separate the effect from normal variation.

04

Take the plan to a clinician first

Restricting a food group needs supervision, especially for children.

Try it on the elimination plan / log 5

The board below runs in your browser. It opens with a worked sample so the result is visible before you paste anything; switch scenarios, edit the text, or reset to the sample.

first-load · sample values are illustrative, not verified facts

Everything you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and no request leaves the page to generate the result; clearing site data removes anything saved locally. Because this topic can involve personal detail, delete names and identifiers you do not need before you paste.

What breaks, and what to do

Phases with no date

Marked TBC and raised to the top of the urgency lane.

Symptoms not recorded daily

The plan orders dates; the daily log is what makes them readable.

Multiple foods removed at once

The result will not tell you which one mattered.

Boundary — what this does not do

This page organizes what you type into dated rows. It does not diagnose, does not recommend or calculate any dose, and does not replace a clinician, pharmacist, or the label on the medicine.

Confirm every concentration, interval, and reading against the product label and your own clinician or pharmacist before you act on any number here.

Go deeper — Elimination Plan

The free board above is the whole loop. The paid tier keeps the arranged output so you do not rebuild it.
