How to work the leave coverage board
Decide the smallest number of people who can run the desk or job safely on a normal day. The illustrative four is a planning input, not a headcount rule or a legal minimum.
Enter the same day for every team in a single run. If two people are away on different dates they are not actually overlapping, so they belong in separate runs.
