One line per billing period, each with a date and a kWh figure from your own statement.
Let the ticket order the periods
Each period becomes a row with its reading and its distance from the low point.
Find the outlier and the company it keeps
A jump that holds for two periods is a change; a single jump is a reading to question.
Take the row to the supplier
Ask about that period specifically, with the kWh difference in front of you.
