Compare Two Moving Estimates on the Same Weight and Scope
Two moving estimates can differ because the scope differs, not because one mover is cheaper.
Place interstate moving estimates side by side with the entered amount, the days quoted, and your own fit rating, keeping each mover's stated inclusions and unknowns in view; it does not price a move.
What changes the result: the binding or non-binding estimate, the weight or volume basis, and the accessorial services each mover put in writing.
Privacy: Calculations run in this browser tab. This tool has no input-upload, account, or AI endpoint. The site may send a page-view signal to Cloudflare; this tool does not add form entries to that signal. A draft is stored only if you choose “Save draft on this device”; that browser storage is not encrypted. Avoid identifiers or sensitive details, and delete saved drafts when finished.
Your entries
The starting rows below are fictional examples. Edit them, replace them with non-sensitive labels and values, or load the sample again. The result is not advice or a source verification.
Amount fields use the same units you enter; the app does not choose a currency. Dates are the ones you provide. Up to 100 rows per run.

What the calculation does
For ordinary options, display ranges on the values the user entered without ranking the options. For the utility-rate version, calculate old rate times usage plus old fixed charge, and repeat with the new inputs. The estimate excludes any charge the user did not enter.
Question to keep open: Should the lower estimate win, or the one that names every accessorial service this job actually needs?
Boundary: This is user-entered arithmetic, not a price check or a quote. The federal rules described in the source cover interstate household goods moves; intrastate moves, freight moves, and storage-only arrangements can follow different rules. Confirm the bill of lading, valuation option, and claims process with each mover before signing.
Copy includes the headline, aggregate metrics, and boundary—not the row-by-row input. The CSV contains entries you choose to download. Review it before sharing.
