Using GratisAI means accepting the terms below. They are deliberately short.
1. What you get for free
Every tool and guide on this site is complete and usable without payment, without an account, and without a card. We do not gate the core outcome of a tool behind a purchase.
2. Optional paid extras
- Some tools offer one one-time paid extra — for example a printable packet, a CSV export or locally saved history.
- A purchase applies to that one tool and is recorded in the browser you bought it in, as described in the privacy page.
- A purchase is not a subscription. Nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
3. No professional advice
GratisAI tools produce drafts, checklists and calculations. They are not legal, medical, financial, immigration or tax advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Check anything consequential with a qualified person before acting on it. Deadlines, statutory rights and provider quotas change; the verification date on a page tells you when it was last checked.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use these tools to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
- You keep ownership of the text you enter and of the output you generate with it.
5. Availability and changes
The site is provided as-is, without warranty. Tools may be updated, corrected or retired. When a tool is retired, its page states so rather than disappearing silently.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific tool in question, which for free tools is nothing.
